Insurance:
We accept nearly all major insurance plans. The practice is open and accepting new patients.
Payments:
Payments are due at the time of service. Co-pays and Balances are to be paid at the time of the visit, without exception. Our office accepts checks, cash, and all the major credit cards.

Missed or Cancelled Appointments (No-Show):
At our practice, we strive to provide timely and comprehensive care to all of our patients. When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents another patient from receiving necessary medical attention.
To help us serve you better, please adhere to the following policy:

Standard Appointments: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show for a scheduled visit, will result in a $50.00 service fee.

Annual Wellness Visits: Due to the extended time allotted for these comprehensive exams, missed or late-canceled wellness visits will incur a $100.00 fee.

Insurance Coverage: Please be aware that insurance providers do not cover fees for missed appointments. You will be personally responsible for the full balance.

Continued Care: Consistency is vital to your health. If you miss three or more appointments, we may unfortunately have to ask you to seek care with a different healthcare provider to ensure our resources are available to those who can maintain their schedules.
How You Can Help: Please help us maintain an efficient schedule by keeping your appointments or providing at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. We appreciate your cooperation and your commitment to your health.
