Our Practice:

 

Northwest Medical Care is a premier Primary Care and Internal Medicine practice established in 2005 by Dr. Krithika Mullengada. Driven by a vision to revive the "old-school" medical practice model, Dr. Mullengada founded the clinic on the belief that healthcare is most effective when built upon enriching, long-term doctor-patient relationships.

Our Team-Based Approach

Located in Succasunna, Roxbury Township, our practice has grown from a solo provider to a robust team designed to offer enhanced care and greater availability. Our clinical team includes three highly skilled Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) who specialize in Family Practice: Michelle J. Roberts, APN, Kailey M. Caivano, APN and Victoria L. Poisseroux, APN

 

We utilize a team-based care model to ensure your needs are met promptly and thoroughly. Depending on the nature of your visit, you will see either Dr. Mullengada or one of our Nurse Practitioners. Our APNs collaborate closely with Dr. Mullengada on all clinical matters, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive approach to your health.

Our team is made complete by our exceptional Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs), Care Coordinator, and Billing Specialist. Together, we are dedicated to making every interaction with our practice a comfortable, professional, and health-focused experience.
