COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL CARE
Northwest Medical Care is a Primary Care/Internal Medicine practice started by Dr. Mullengada in 2005 with a desire to provide comprehensive but personal medical care. The desire to have an old school medical practice with enriching doctor-patient relationships & the need for work life balance led to the start of Northwest Medical Care.
We are located in Succasunna, Roxbury Towhship in New Jersey. Northwest Medical Care started with a single provider and has added on two advance-practice nurses (APNs) to provide better care & availability. Our Nurse Practitioners, Denise B. Cusick specializes in Family Practice and Maitanya Macalino-Manuel specializes in Geriatrics. We provide team based care. You will see both the Physician and Nurse practitioners based on your needs. The Nurse Practitioners do collaborate closely with Dr. Mullengada.
We provide comprehensive Primary Care. We LISTEN to our patients needs and complaints and do our best to provide care that is in the best interests of our patients. We do want our patients to be educated on their health & take responsibility in their own care.
Our team is made complete with our excellent Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs), Care-Coordinator & Billing Specialist. We are dedicated to making every visit to our practice a comfortable & healthy experience.
We know that there is an overwhelming fear of the Caronavirus. Please stay calm. We are doing our best to deal with this based on the CDC and Infectious Disease guidelines.
Infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) may be asymptomatic, or may result in an acute respiratory disease. The acute respiratory disease may be mild but can result in a severe viral pneumonia. Flu like symptoms may occur-
shortness of breath
less commonly reported symptoms include sputum production, headache, and diarrhea.
If you have a respiratory illness, please send us a message via our secure portal or call the office. We will call you back.
It is also important that if you are having symptoms, please call ahead of your visit to communicate travel history and symptoms before arriving, enabling the provider to determine the best setting for you to receive care.
